IKD LegalScores is an innovative performance index designed to allow effective assessment of an in-house legal team’s performance.
Developed in response to feedback from senior in-house counsel, IKD LegalScores measures an in-house legal team’s effectiveness and performance using a proprietary combination of nine distinct metrics. These metrics tap qualitative and quantitative data covering key business performance measures. They draw on perspectives of in-house legal team members and organisation stakeholders, providing greater clarity as to the value of the team to the organisation.
