Professional development for lawyers is difficult if you are in the position of organising an off-site for a legal team. Lawyers can be highly critical of superficial or embarrassing team building experiences, and yet they are usually required to engage in team off-sites by their organisations.
IKD’s suite of topics and programs for lawyers address the critical issues that challenge lawyers in their roles on a personal, team and organisational level. They focus on ways to improve performance, personal satisfaction and relationships.
