Partners as Business Leaders (PBL)
Partners are required to represent the firm in both professional and social settings with confidence and effectiveness.
Leadership in a law firm context presents unique challenges as individuals are required to manage budgets, client relationships, a growth strategy and whole-of-life demands.
Partners must engage with clients – at times through difficult conversations – and deal with fee and service quality issues whilst driving their own high performing teams comprising a range of personalities.
The PBL experience will ensure partners are focused on the next phase of their career.

The Solicitor Leadership Program (SLP)
This program enables senior lawyers to lead and manage a team of direct reports, understand their own and other’s personal strengths and areas for development and engage in impressive interactions with clients.
To become a people developer, lawyers must learn to work through challenging people issues and manage their own and their team’s workload effectively.
The SLP experience will ensure senior lawyers have a clear development plan for their next career phase.

Advanced Presentation Skills for lawyers (APS)
Formal and informal presentation skills are critical for a lawyer in private practice in a range of settings. Internal and external CLEs, pitching to clients and appearing in court all require a high level of competence and confidence.
Effective technical experts are not necessarily as skilled at translating legal material to engage their audiences in a meaningful and highly memorable manner.
APS provides tools, techniques and valuable developmental feedback to assist in effectively imparting relevant business information to a variety of audiences.
