Program overview
Executive Presence is a 365 day program with 9 full day workshops over a 12 month period with a series of one on one sessions. The development method will include individual, group and peer coaching, exposure to current theory relating to leadership presence in addition to tools that increase influence and impact at senior and board levels.
Learning outcomes
- Deepen awareness of your leadership presence. Assess and refine the image you have of yourself in the leadership role. How are you seen by others and how do you see yourself. What refinements do you want to make?
- Develop techniques to expand your influence with senior executive peers, external associations and Boards
- Improve your executive presentation skills to engage and influence key stakeholders
- Determine what legacy you want to be seen leaving and spend time strategising to that end
- Engage and learn from experienced professional legal peers in leadership roles
- Indulge in reflection and strategic thinking time to increase your ability to focus and think effectively
CPD/MCLE points
IKD programs may satisfy part or all of your annual CPD/MCLE requirements.
