Program overview

Lawyers in the Limelight is a 2 day development program specifically designed to develop your skills as a confident and competent presenter and facilitator. These skills will serve you well in formal and informal settings as you interact with your clients, peers and colleagues. Build your personal presence and ability to influence through the intensive coaching and feedback this program provides.

Learning outcomes

The content focuses on methods that build confidence and competence. At the end of the 2 day program you will have improved your capacity to:

  • Influence other's mindsets about legal and risk issues
  • Construct compelling and effective messages for your audiences
  • Manage anxiety and maintain the right level of energy and composure
  • Develop a 'wardrobe' of presentation styles for different audiences
  • Work with your natural preferences and personality
  • Manage challenging audience behaviours gracefully
  • Manage questions effectively and build interaction
  • Develop executive and leadership presence
