IKD Roundtable Report on Legal Billing in AustraliaLaunched at the 15th National Conference of the Australian Corporate Lawyers Association on 12 November 2009, the IKD Roundtable Report on Legal Billing in Australia has generated significant media attention, with among others comments in the Australian Financial Review and Lawyers Weekly. The 36-page research-based report includes analysis, comments and conclusions derived from the two Roundtables convened by IKD in September 2009 in Melbourne and Sydney. Roundtable participants included experienced in-house counsel from a diverse range of sectors leading legal teams of varying sizes: Richard Anderson (Nestlé), David Cohen (Commonwealth Bank), Helen Conway (Caltex Australia), Will Irving (Telstra), Brett Johnson (Qantas), James Lavery (Victorian Department of Transport), Michael Kingston (ASIC) and Anne Ward (National Australia Bank).
