IKD LegalScores Process

Primary data collection includes a substantive interview with you as leader of the legal team, online surveys of team members and internal clients and analysis of key financial and other relevant data. Interview & survey results and other data are collated, analysed and, where appropriate, compared with external data to generate a customised and confidential LegalScores Report specifically designed for you and your organisation’s key stakeholders.

Designed to be undertaken annually, LegalScores provides not only a detailed summary of the legal team’s operational performance and contribution to the organisation, but also includes suggestions for future professional development.
