Program overview

The three-day residential Lawyers Management Program (LMP) is specifically designed for lawyers who are preparing for, or have recently attained, a management role and wish to expand their toolkit to improve their professional effectiveness. It is tailored to meet the needs of corporate counsel, government lawyers, lawyers in private practice and those who work for not for-profit organisations. The LMP applies a mix of learning and communications methodologies including interactive workshops, facilitated group sessions, experiential role-plays and case studies. The result is an engaging and transformational program.

Throughout the LMP, practical results are emphasised. Performance blockers are identified and breakthrough strategies are discussed. Participants will be challenged with fresh ideas, receive individual feedback and enjoy a supportive forum in which legal management issues are shared to facilitate cross-learning.
