The role of in-house legal counsel is expanding. Senior legal counsel are expected to demonstrate cross-functional management skills, business savvy and effective leadership behaviours. IKD has researched these needs and, since 2000, has been conducting the Legal Counsel Executive Development Program for General and Senior Counsel from private and government organisations from Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

This residential program focuses on both the strategic and practical requirements of your role as a manager and leader. In addition to the two residential components, there is an executive coaching session and the value of the professional network.

The LCEDP focuses on customised returns on investment for each individual. This process ensures your manager has input into the specific return your organisation would see as solid justification for your involvement in the five day program.
