Program overview

Most organisations have a range of initiatives in place that fall under the heading of diversity including flexible work programs, recruitment campaigns for a target demographic or retirement planning support. And there are numerous other initiatives that organisations can choose to offer.

How do you move from EEO compliance to a Diversity strategy? How do you know which initiative to implement? Which will give you the best return on your investment? What will further support your position as an employer of choice? What will meet your legal obligations? How do you develop a co-ordinated approach to implementing and managing the initiatives?

This half-day workshop is designed to help you answer these and other strategic diversity questions by assisting you to develop a clear, commercially focussed diversity strategy for your organisation.
