Primarily, Debby’s work with IKD is in the design and facilitation of executive education programs, including leadership development, coaching, change management, commerciality, cross-generation work teams, and training needs analyses.
Debby has worked in the field of learning and development for over 30 years, specialising in executive education and leadership development for the past 20 of those years. Her skills and expertise as an executive development coach are recognised worldwide. Working in a variety of countries, including the USA, Asia, Africa, Europe and Australia, she is a highly sought after facilitator and coach within the multinational business community, simultaneously helping to optimise an organisation’s goals and individual career aspirations. Recent projects Debby has undertaken for IKD include:
Debby holds an undergraduate degree in Experimental Psychology, a Masters in Instructional Systems and a Doctorate in Educational Research from Florida State University. She has contributed chapters in books, articles in professional journals, and has been a guest lecturer and invited speaker at numerous international and national conferences in Australia, Europe and the USA. She is an expert in Generational Theory and is MBTI and Dacum accredited. In addition to her role in IKD, Debby is Principal of Burlington Consulting, a firm specialising in Leadership Development, Coaching, and Instructional Design for corporate clients.
