Professional development for in-house lawyers

The role of in-house legal counsel is expanding. Legal counsel are increasingly expected to demonstrate cross-functional management skills, business savvy and effective leadership behaviours. The development of these skills has not necessarily been a part of the formal legal or workplace development program.

Recognising the need for such programs, IKD was established in 1999 as an organisational development & legal management consultancy.
