If you are an in-house lawyer who has responsibility for designing compliance training for your organisation, this program will assist you to design and deliver programs that will engage your audience and influence their behaviour, rather than merely ‘tick the box’.
This two day program provides you with a framework for designing courses that include the key legal messages required to ensure compliance. Regardless of what the law says, cultural issues, interpersonal relationships and group behaviour will, all at the same time, influence behaviour at work. We will assist you to design programs that address these aspects of compliance training, are enjoyable, and achieve sustainable behaviour change.
Content includes principles of adult education, development and coaching in the design and delivery of training that changes thinking and behaviour in the business, ways to sell the value of the legal function through training, strengthening capability as a presenter and facilitator, methods that enable deeper evaluation of training to evidence the value, and frameworks that specify levels of engagement from compliance to ethics.
