A Principal Consultant at IKD, Lisa’s career in leadership development began with her background in Human Resources, working across a range organisations and business sectors. Lisa’s expertise was utilised coaching and developing the leadership skills of line managers, particularly technical experts promoted to leadership positions.
Since joining IKD in 2003 Lisa has worked closely with lawyers to assist them to translate technical legal concepts into simple, commercially-focussed education programs. She has deep expertise in providing coaching to develop lawyers’ presentation and facilitation skills, enhance their ability to connect with their audience and promote themselves as commercial business partners to their clients.
As an experienced designer of both leadership & legal compliance programs, Lisa works closely with clients to understand their development needs and create innovative programs that align with their business strategy and provide sustainable behaviour change.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources), a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and is an accredited MBTI facilitator.
